Lyndsey Kelly
Founder & Managing Director
Lyndsey built her first business in mental health and wellbeing, running her own practice — years spent learning how people actually arrive at a decision, and how much more of that comes down to trust than to a pitch. She moved into direct sales during the pandemic and learned the trade at its hardest: face to face, at a time when nobody was in the mood to be sold to. Actualize came out of both. She sets the standard the whole team works to — that a conversation should leave someone better informed than it found them, whether or not they buy.
Marc Kelly
Operations Director
Marc spent his career in the pharmaceutical industry, where nothing moves on a hunch — every claim is evidenced, every process is documented, and "roughly right" isn't a standard anyone accepts. A few years after his wife Lyndsey built Actualize from the ground up, Marc joined to bring that expertise to the business and help take it further. It is why campaigns here are scoped before they start, why every rep works to a written brief and a compliance standard rather than instinct, and why clients see their numbers daily instead of a tidy summary at the end of the month.
Vitalijus Stonevicius
Operations & Recruitment Manager
Vitalijus spent years on the road as a sales rep before joining Actualize as one — which means he has done every job he now organises. He knows what a badly planned day costs a rep, what a good brief is worth, and the difference between a territory that works on paper and one that works on the ground. He runs the Belfast office on that experience: scheduling, compliance, and the groundwork that decides whether a campaign runs well or merely runs.
